ABOUT
Jovi’s eye and passion for design was nourished in the Philippines, where he was born and is a registered Architect. He received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas and has a vast portfolio working independently, as well as collaboratively with design firms, such as Bowery Design, FB Eye International, Hirsch Bedner Associates-Singapore and Edward C. Tan + Architects-Manila.
His interest in all the branches of architecture led to his involvement in the overall aesthetic and technical design of many building types, residential, hospitality, corporate-commercial, exterior, interior, high-rise residential, high-rise mixed use and landscape design. Currently lead project designer for Drexel Luxury Homes in Los Angeles, he makes sure every project is up to their clients’ expectations.
Jovi’s experience includes ground-up architectural design, space planning, conceptual design, interior architecture, lighting design, landscape design, material selection and specifications for luxury residential properties. He has also worked on the design of 5-Star hotels throughout Asia and the Middle East, including: The Four Seasons (Shanghai, China), Le Meridien Resort (Goa, India), The Regent Resort (Bali, Indonesia), Sheraton Hotel (Shanghai, China), Westin Resort (Bali, Indonesia), Pan Pacific Hotel (Singapore), Diamond Hotel (Manila, Philippines), Intercontinental Hotel (Singapore) and the Grand Hyatt (Shenyang Liaoning, China).
Jovi has an eye for design that has inspired and served celebrity homes, luxury residential and commercial properties. For over ten years, he has been working with clients in Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, Westwood and other areas of Los Angeles and Santa Monica.
